I have reviewed the draft Industrial Security Plan, undated, submitted infomally by Duke Power Co. with a memo dated August 2,1972. The plan is unacceptable as presented.
It is' incomplete in that several areas of concern are not covered, and of those areas addressed, many are lacking the required detail.
Using the draft 33 criteria as a guide, the following additional information will be required:
