NOTE TO FILES TELECON WITH PAUL BARTON, DUKE POWER COMPANY During a telephone conversation with Paul Barton of Duke he again brought up the subject of B&W doing special fuel examinations in the Oconee fuel pit.

Barton feels that this work would be done under Duke's license but is not sure what if anything is required of Duke.

Since some fuel examination is covered by the FSAR, I told him as a minimum, what additional things B&W would like to do should be covered calso for our review.
