.. >E40 TO FILES Mr. W.! S. Lee, Duke Power Co., called me today regarding
- a. meeting scheduled for next week on the inspectability of vessels.
He wanted to know if this meeting was open to the utility people.
I told him we wanted to talk to the people who designed and built the vessels first and get their practical reaction and then we would talk to the utility people.
I assured him that our intent was not to exclude but to take it d in bits and for this reason the utilities, who obviously are just as interested, have not been invited to-this meeting.
I also told Mr. Lee that we wanted to keep the meeting to a size where we can do some-thing useful.
Mr. Lee said he understood and asked that we give.him a-call later on.
