Higganbotham, Chief, Safety and Environmental Programs Branch, Headquarters EVALUATION OF LIQUID EFFLUENT DATA AND RADIOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENTAL SAMPLE RESULTS FROM OCONEE NUCLEAR PLANT, DUKE POWER COMPANY A brief evaluation of liquid effluent data and radiological environ-mental sample results related to Oconee Nuclear Station are attached to this memorandum. The evaluation indicates that annual average con-centrations of certain radioisotopes were greater than predicted in the Final Environmental Statement.
Region II requests that lead responsi-bility'for follow-up of this matter be transferred to the Offlee of Nuclear Reactor Regulation,
