Attached is a memorandum from John Kelleher and Bob Jackson to me which outlines some of the problems that they have identified with the Jocassee Dam's seismicity. Since this memo was prepared I understand that the Duke Power Company has agreed to a meeting with the staff on March 10 in order to discuss the present status of their investigation of the Jocassee seismicity.
