ISSVANCE OF AMENDMENT NO.128 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO.
DPR.3 - YANKEE NUCLEAR POWER STATION (ROWE) (TAC NO.74583)
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.i28 to Facility Operating License No. DPR.3 for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (Rowe).
This amendment is in response to your application dated September 14, 1989.
This anendment modifies specifications having cycle-specific parameter limits
. by replacing the values of those limits with a reference to the Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) for the values of those limits.
The changes also include the addition of the COLR to the Definitions section and to the reporting requirements of the Administrative Controls section of TS.
A copy of our Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. A Notice of Issuance of Amendment will be published in the Federal Register.
