LThe'U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission recently received allegations concerning possible falsification of radiation protection data sheets and employee discrimination because of concerns raised regarding the falsification of.those records. The same allegations were made to the Clinton, Quality Assurance Manager who hired a private firm to' investigate the allegations. At
. our request a copy of the investigation report was sent to this office.
Based on a review of that report (Case No. 89A0807) and a review of the allegedly 1
