~(4) Fire Protection i
The licensee may proceed with and is required to complete the modifications identified in Paragraphs 3.1.1 through 3.1.29 of the NRC's Fire Protection Safety Evaluation (SE),
i dated April 4, 1979, for the facility. These modifications j
will be completed in accordance with Table 3.1 of the SE and R
i supplements thereto.

In addition, the licensee shall submit the additional information identified in Table 3.T of this SE in accordance R
with the schedule contained herein.
In the event these dates 4
l fer submittal cannot be met, the licensee shall submit a re) ort, explaining the circumstances, together with a revised h
sc1edule.
i The licensee is required to implement the administrative 1
controls identified in Section 6 of the SE. The administrative controls shall be in effect immediately, except for those j
mooifications indicated in Section 3.1 of the SE, which shall become effective on the dates indicated in Table 3.1 of the SE.

provisions of the physical security, guard training and qualification, and safeguards contingency plans previously i
approved by the Comission ard all amendraehts and revisions te such plans made pursuant to the authority of 10 CFR 50.90 I

information protected under 10 CFR 73.21, entitled:

',R Point Plant Security Plan," with revisions submitted through St.
i September 29, 1988; " Big Rock Point Plant Suitability Training and me Qualification Plan," with revisions submitted through November 30, OR 1988; and " Big Rock Point Plant Safeguards Contingency Plan,"

Changes gg made in accordance with 10 CFR 73.55 shall be implemented in accordance with the schedule set forth therein.
