'LER 413/89-09-was transmitted to the NRC per my June 19, 1989 3,1' letter to the Document Control Desk.
The attaclunent contains the proposed change and a discussion of the justification.and a No Significant Hazards Analyc.;. The analysis is t
included pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91.
It has been concluded that the proposed amendment does not invclve significant hazards considerations.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91 (b) (1) the appropriate South Carolina State Official is being provided a copy of this amendment request.
