w; Y.i As a result of the inspection conducted on August 20 through September 30, 1989,.and in accordance with the " General Dolicy and Procedures for NRC Enforcement Actions," 10 CFR Part 2, Appendix C (1989), the following violation was identified:
' Technical Specification 6'.9.1.6 requires that the Annual Rdiological Environmental Operating Report include the results of the analyses of all radiological environmental samples taken during the period, at all the locations specified in the tables and figures specified in the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (00CM).

- t Contrary to the above, althous, the four Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Reports covering the years 1985 to 1988 included summaries, the results of the analyses of the radiological environmental samples taken during the respective periods were not included.
