. Beaver Valley Power Station) f APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OP,ERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U.
S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesnc Light Company hereby requests that the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A
to these licenses be amended to update the diesel generator fuel oil sampling and analysis surveillance raquirements.
The proposed technical specification changes are set forth in Attachments A to this Application.
A Safety Analysis is set forth in Attachment B.
A No Significant Hazard Evaluation is set forth in Attachment C.
Based on the guidance provided by the Commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordanca with 10 CFR 50.92.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to these Operating Licenses be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
