APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OP,ERATING LICENSE f Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesnc Light Company hereby requests that the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to these licenses be amended to update the diesel generator fuel oil sampling and analysis surveillance raquirements.

The proposed technical specification changes are set forth in Attachments A to this Application. A Safety Analysis is set forth in Attachment B. A No Significant Hazard Evaluation is set forth in Attachment C. Based on the guidance provided by the Commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant ,

hazards consideration in accordanca with 10 CFR 50.92.

WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to these Operating Licenses be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
