. decided that the smoldering insulation did not pose an actual threat to the safety p.
of.the nuclear power plant nor,did it significantly hamper site personnel in the
. performance of duties necessary for the safe operation of the nuclear power plant.
Therefore, this event is not reportable pursuant to 10 CFR 50.72 and 50.73.-
Please be advised that a Licensee Event Report will not be submitted in regards to the above mentioned notification.
