This of fice received an allegation that called into question your job perfor-mance at Nine Mile Point, Unit 2. due to possible involvement with controlled subst ance s.
Since our regulations do not explicitly cover this area, our policy is to turn allegations like this over to the licensee for investigation and dis-t position as we are obvio.usly concerned about the fitness for duty of nuclear plant workers.
Consequently, we asked Niagara Mohawk to investigate this matter and inform us of their results.
