Dear Mr. Peoples:
By letter dated June 23, 1980 you submitted page 1-7 of Revision 12 to the Common-wealth Edison Company (CECO) Topical Report No. CE-1-A, " Commonwealth Edison Company Quality Assurance Program for Nuclear Generating Stations." This revision concerned the education and experience requirements for the position of the CEC 0 Manager of Quality Assurance.
In the second paragraph of the June 23, 1980 letter from D. L. Peoples to W. Haass, the detailed description of the one year experience in the implementation of the QA program for the position of the Manager of Quality Assurance was not incorporated in the CECO Topical Report.
It is our position that this description be incorporated into page 1-7 of the topical report. Upon incorporation of the above information, we will complete our acceptance of Topical Report Revisions 11,12, and 13. Your reply is requested no later than August 31, 1980 in order for us to maintain our review schedule.
