FINAL REPORT NSSS LATERAL SUPPORT ANCHOR BOLT NUTS CALLAWAY PLANT UNIT 1 On Friday,. November 30, 1979, we provided Mr.

Hansen verbal notification of a potential 50.55(e) report regarding out-of tolerance threads within NSSS lateral support anchor bolt nuts.
In our letter ULNRC-331, dated December 27, 1979, we requested that the submittal date of our final report on this matter be extended to March 1, 1980.
In our letter ULNRC-339, dated February 29, 1980 we requested that the submittal date of our final report on this matter be extended to August 1, 1980, due to the requirements for a physical test program.
We have concluded our reinspection and test program and have determined that had the nonconformance gone undetected there would have been no impact to the health and safety of the public and Taa are withdrawing this item as a significant deficiency.
