Amendment 31 updates certain previously submitted infomation relating to maximum flooding conditions near the Midland site.

Copies of Amendment No. 31 have also been sent to Mr. Jerome Maslovski, Assistant Attorney General of the State of Michigan; Mr. Earl D. Morris,

Chairman of the County Board of Commissioners of Midland County, Michigan; Mr. Robert B. Chatterton, Supervisor of Midland Township, Midlanc. County, Michigan; and Mr. Robert D. Goodenough, Mayor of the City of Midland.

A certificate of service on Mr. Marris and Mr. Chatterton is also enclosed.
