Amendment No. 7 responds to all of the items listed in the enclosure to your January 8, 1970 letter to us, except Item 2.13, and also touches upon the areas of concern mentioned in your letter.

Jerome Maslowski, Assistant Attorney General for the State of Michigan; Mr. Frank Olds, Chairman of the County Board of Supervisors of Midland County, Michigan; Mr. Robert 3. Chatt'erton, Supervisor of Midland Town-ship, Midland County, Michigan; and Mr. Julius 31asy, Mayor of the City of Midland. Certificates of Service on Mr. Olds and Mr. Chatterton are also enclosed.
