Paragraph 3 then states: "Other transmission facilitica serving a pool, function and not covered by foregoing Paragraph 2 may be rettuired to permit full intarparty utilization of pool capacity . . . The amount of the annual costs, . . . the period of charing costs, and physical descriptions of such transmission facilities shall be included in Supplement T of Part II of this Agrooment." (Note: Neither.Sup.plement. D nor Supplement T appears in the Agree r.ent received Oct. 13, 1970 by the Federal Power Commission.)
