Commission's decision regarding numerical guides for design objectives and limiting conditions for operation to meet the criterion for "as lov as practicable" for radioactive materials in light-water-cooled j

nuclear power reactors were published by the Commission on May 5, 1975, (40 FR 19439) and became effective on June 4,1975.

Since your applications for permits to construct Arkansas Nuclear One, Units 1 and 2 were filed prior to January 2,1971 you must submit t.o the Commission, within a period of twelve months from June 4,1975:

Such information as is necessary to evaluate the means 1.
