The Comission has issued the enclosed Anendment Ho. 8 to Facility License Mo. DPR-51, which includes Change flo. 3 to the Technical Specifications of that license.
The amend.1ent is in response to your requests of July 8,1975, Septe.:ber 26, 1975, and October 9,1975.

The amend.nent incorporates chances to the Appendix B Technical

' Specifications that.(1) remove. specific limits for chemical concentra-

tien of certain substances in plant liquid effluents; (2) incorporate by reference the conditions on effluent water quality contained in E
applisable State and Federal oeraits; (3) modify the t:enitoring progran for chcr:icals in liquid plant effluents; and (4) r:odify and clarify reportinq requirements with respect to water quality matters.
