This annendment revises the provisions in the Technical Specifications relating to limiting. conditions for operation and surveillance require-
-ments for the facility engtgency pond. In addition, it corrects a reference error in Specification 4.4.1.3.
Copies of the related Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
