During review of flow charts, it,.was noted that surveillance on control room emergency air conditioning was overdue (scheduled date was 7-12-76),
which was in violation of Technical Specification 4.10.

O Suryc111ance was completed 7-23-76 and the system proven operable. Since the surveillance proved the system was operable, there was no hazard to the health and safety of the public.
