R. Engelken In reply to your July 3,1968 request on behalf of the Arkansas Power & Light Company for withholding Appendix J of Supplement No. 5 of the Pmliminary Safety Analysis Report from public disclosure pursuant to Section 2 790 of 10 CPR Part 2, ve have determined that disclosure of the contents of Appendix J is not required in the public interest nor by 10 CFR Part 9 and would adversely affect the interest of Arkansas Power & Light Cocrpany. Accordingly, Appendix J is being withhald from public inspection pursusnt to Section 2 790 of 10 CPR Part 2.
Withholding of Appendix J from public inspectio.1 shall not, however, affect the right, if any, of persons properly and directly concerned to inspect it.
