AMENCMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE Amendment No. 35 License No. CPR-51 1.
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has found that:
A.
There is reasonable assurance (i) that the activities authorized by this amendment can be conducted without endangering the health and safety of the public, and (ii) that such activities will be conducted in compliance with the Ccmmissicn's regulations ;

The issuance of th1s amendment will not be inimical to the commen defense and security or to the health and safety of the public; and C.
The issuance of this amendment is in accorcance with 10 CFR Part 51 of the Ccomissien's regulations and all acplicable requirements have been sati.sfied.

Accordingly,.eacility Operating License No. CPR-51 is hereby amended by changes to the Technical Scecifications as indicated in tne attachment to tnis license amendment, and by changing partgra;n 2.c.(2) and adcing aragraph 2.c.(3) to read as follows:

-s (3) The licensee may proceed with and is required to complete the modifications identified in Paragraphs 3.1 through 3.19 of the NRC's Fire Protection Safety Evaluatica (SE) on the facility dated Aug. 22,1978. These modifications shall be completed as specified in Table 3.1 of the SE.
3.
This license amendment is effective as of the date of its issuance.
