Unit tio.1 (ANO-1) facility.

The amendment revises the provisions in the Technical Specifications K

relating to Administrative Controls, Sections 6.1 to 6.11. Changes to your proposal were necessary to meet our requirements.

These changes have been discussed with and accepted by your staff.

i This amendner.t will be effective ninety (90) days after the date of g

issuance to allow sufficient tir,e to update your procedures and train h

your staff concerning the revised Adainistrative Controls.

L Copies of the related Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
