In response to your request of October 24, 1973, the Atomic Energy Ceemission has issued an order extending the construction completion date for Arkansas Nae 1==e One, Unit 1.
In lieu of the latest ccampletion date of January 1, 1974, as specified previously in Provisional Construction Permit No. CPPR-57, the latest complation date has been estended to May 1, 1974.
A copy of the Order and a Staff Evaluation are enclosed for your information.
The Order has been forwarded to the Office of the Pederal Register for
