Description of Occurrence:
At 1000 hrs, or. 8/28/76 minor leaks were discovered in welds on valve Dil-1401A ami vent line to valve Dil-1012.
On valve Dil-1401A, which is a root valve for flow instrument FE-1401, the leak was a cracked weld at the 1/2"_ pipe to valve weld The leak on the vent line was a cracked weld on the boss to vent line.

-The leaks were confined to Reactor Auxiliary building; hence, there was no hazard to the health and safety of the public.
