effice during July 21-23, 1976, of activities authorized by NRC Operating

License No. DPR-51, and to the discussion of the inspection findings held
by Mr. Murray with Mr. H. Miller and other members of his staff at the
conclusion of the inspection on July 23, 1976.
Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are' discussed in

consisted of selective eynmination of procedures and representative
records,' interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
