Babcock & Wilcox (B&W) - B&W and various of their licensees advised RO that manufacturing defects had been found in a number of B&W control rod drive pressure housings.
B&W is recalling about 450 drive assemblies for further NDT examina-tion.
RO is following this on a generic basis.
The facilities involved are:
