Gentlemen:
Thank you for your letter dated June 22, 1977 in response to our letter and
the enclosed flotice of Violation and Notice of Deviation dated May 16, 1977.
Your response indicated that you feel you were not in noncompliance regarding
the two infractions listed in the N6tice of Violation. Also your response
indicated that you feel that it is not necessary that certain aspects of
your Emergency Plan be tested at established frequencies in order to meet
the reccmendations of Reg. Guide 1.101.

Presently, this office does not agree with the position stated in your

response.
In view of this apparent disagreement, your response has been
forwarded to our Headquarters management for their coments.
We have no further questions on this matter at this time.
Our review of
your response will continue after receipt of coments from our Headquarters
staff.
