Dear Mr. Moseley:

On March 4,1974, RO II Inspector, M. S. Kidd, was notified of a deficiency discovered during Hot Functional Testing regarding a leak in a flow orifice of the makeup pump recirculation line. The flow orifice has been removed from the line and evaluation is underway. We plan to submit a final report by April 22, 1974.
