Davis-Desse Nuclear Power Station Notices of receipt of applications for operating licenses have been published in the Federal Register on Dece.mber 29, 1970, providing un til January 23, 1971, fcr people who had intervened or who had timely sought to intervene in the following construction permit proceedings to seek an antitrust review (new section 105(c)(3) of the Act).

. With respect to Carolina Pcwer and Light, Brunswick Steam Electric Plants, Units I and 2, and Florida Power and Light, Crystal River Unit 1, when the final safety analysis report is received, it will be appropriate to publish, in addition to the required pubilcations on the checkilst, a Federal Register notice of receipt of applica-tion for an operating license, allowing 25 days for antitrust intervention.
(New section 50.30(d) (SECY R-il0), page 46) new requires that the FSAR be acccmpanied by a " Notice of Application for an Operating License".)
This should be coordinated with OGC.
