This refore to the incpection conducted by Mr. Ross L. Brown of the Region I Regulatory Operations Office, on August 30, 1972, at the Babcock & Uilco: Company plant located in Mt. Vernon, Indiana, relative to the fabrication of the Davis-Desse reactor prescure vacaci and to the discussion of our findings held by Mr. 3rown at the conclusion of the inspection with 3abcoch & Wilcox Company management personnel.
