My October 28, 1987 and my October 30, 1989 letters to the NRC transmitted a proposed amendment to the Technical Specifications For Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-35 and NPF-52 for Catawba Units 1 and j
- 2. The amendment request involved changes which are editorial in nature and included changes to the Technical Specifications Index. An additional I
change to the Technical Specifications Index, which reflects Steam Generator PORV Technical Specification 3/4.7.1.6, has been identified i
since the time of the previous submittal. Attachment I contains proposed changes to~the Technical Specifications Index. All changes to the Index transmitted per my October 28, 1987 and October 30, 1989 letters and the additional change are included. It is requested that you replace the changes to the Technical Specification index on my October 28, 1987 and October 30, 1989 submittals with the enclosed markups.

The enclosed changes are purely administrative. The conclusions of my October 28, 1987 request remain valid. The proposed changes do not involve significant hazards considerations.
