a specific individual to serve as the Radiation Safety l
Supervisor (RSS) for this license.

The required qualifications for this position are stated l
in Section 3.4 of our license application (3-10-87).
Mr. Craig Swanson is our recommended individual for the RSS position.
Although Mr.
Swanson does not have a Bachelor's degree, we believe he is qualified through the equivalent of his education (3 years of college ) and his i
substantial amount of direct work experience with the i
Californium riux Multiplier (CrX).
For the last 13 years, he has worked as a technician in the neutron activation area with responsibilities including the operation of the i
CEX and the 14 MeV neutron generators.
During the last i
six-months, he has also assisted the current RSS in
}
routine radiation monitoring, testing, record retention, and the routing of survey meters for calibration.
He has attended two formal radiation safety courses as referenced

in the attached resume.
