Kniceley .of.this office on October 10-13, 1989, of activities at Duane Arnold Energy Center authorized by NRC Operating License No. DPR-49 and'to the discussion of our findings with Mr. R. Hannen and other members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection. ' ' The enclosed ~ copy of our inspection report identifies areas examined during the inspection. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of a selective examination.of procedures and representative records, observations, and. J interviews with personnel. No violations of NRC requirements were identified during the course of this i inspection. Areas examined during this inspection concern a subject matter which is exempt from disclosure according to Pt.rt 73, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, , Section'73.21(c)(2). This information must be handled and protected in ' - accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21. Consequently, our report ~ f this inspection will not be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
