Revision 23 to the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (YNPS) Security Plan
Dear Sir:
Enclosed is proposed Revision 23 to the YNPS Security Plan pursuant to the provisions of 10CFR50.54(pl. Revision 23 contains the appropriate changes to the YNPS Safeguards Contingency Plan to comply with Reference (b).
Furthermore, this revision and appropriate YNPS implementing procedures include actions that can be taken to protect against attempted radiological sabotage involving a land vehicle bomb if such a threat were to materialize.
