L, inmediately. Mr.' Joseph Tapia and Mr. Robert Evans have been designated as Senior Resident' Inspector (SRI) - STP and RI

.STP. respectively. Mr. Jackie of Bess, the SRI - STP Unit 1, will be completing his assignment to thtt position on December 17, 1989.

Between now and December 17. Mr. Bess will be absent from the site for significant periods of time in connection with other inspection duties. Therefore, matters should be directed to Messrs. Tapia and Evans without regard to whether the matters principally affect Unit 1 or Unit 2.
