NRC-approved Physical Security Plan, your August 11, 1989 response to the
Notice of Violation, and the corrective actions you have taken and plan to take

to prevent recurrence of similar. violations'in the future. . Details of those

corrective actions have .been determined to be Safeguards ~ Information and are -

exempt'from.;'Jblic disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
