guidance material for determining flow rates through various leak pathways by 1

December 31, 1989. The material is being deve'joped for inclusion in the Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures. However, a complete rewrite of these i

procedures is in progress because of a commitment made in the Safety Enhancement Program. Therefore, to ensure this material is appropriately integrated into the revised implementing procedures, the commitment date must i

be extended to June 30, 1990.
