4 Lower Alloways Creek Township, Salem County In accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:14A-2,14, NJPDES/DSW permit NJ0025411 is hereby modified to change the Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) requirements for the following outfalls to the Total Organic Carbon (TOC) requirements specified for each outfall in the existing permit as alternate limits:
