. significance in conformance with the NRC-approved physical security plan (the Plan).- The inspector confirmed this by examining barriers, access controls,-key control and procedures, and by observations of a licensee test-of alarm system features. The inspector verified that

, implementation of the Plan met the general performance requirements and

' objectives of the governing regulations.
