On September 20, 1989, the NRC administered an examination to an employee of your corapany who had applied for a license to operate your Vogtle Electric Generating Plant Unit No. 2.
At the conclusion of the examination, the exuination and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
I In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's Regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
