The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.115to Facility Operating t.
License No. DPR-54 for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Genera'.ing Station. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TS) in response to your application dated June 21, 1989, as revised February 28, 1989.
This amendment revised the Technical Specifications concerning reactor building pressure equalization and purge system operability and surveillance.
A copy of our Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of Issuance will be it.cluded in the Comission's biweekly Federal Register notice.
