,The barriers for' Zones 20 and 32 were breached on September 8,1 1989.

Zone '7 1

and 31. barriers were breached on September.13,1989. These barriers were.

breached in support of the Refueling Interval Diesel Generator (G-886B) SFAS

'and. Loss of Offsite Power-Loading Scheme Surveillance Test, SP.3198.-

dorrective Action Taken-Operability ~of fire detectors was. verified on at least one side of-the breached barriers and: hourly' fire.. watches ' established in accordance with

'-Technical Specification 3.14,6.2.

The barriers for Zones 20 and 32 were

- restored;to: operable. status on September 29. 1989

'The. barriers for Zones 17 and:31 were restored to operable status.on October 2, 1989.
