90-006-493; 90-056-026 Please find attached a signed original and three controlled copies (Numbers 8-3, 8-4, and 8-9) of Amendment 27 to the PVNGS Security Plan, These copies contain replacement pages for' the copies of the Security. Plan currently held by the NRC.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4)(iii), we are herewith forwarding two copics of Amendment 27 to the Regiona1' Administrator of the' Region V office.

These changes are being submitted pursuant to 10 CFR'50.54(p)2as a report of changes that do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan. A summary of the submittal is attached.
