Dear Mr. Barstow:

The Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRC) Office of Investigations (OI) has closed the subject case regarding a Tennessee Valley Authority employee who was allegedly discriminated against for raising safety concerns at Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN).

The NRC determined that there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation that a an employee at WBN was discriminated against for raising safety concerns. We plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
