- PART I.D - COMMENTS On October 1, 2019, you requested documentation about any U S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission programs similar to the Department of Energy's "Differing Professional Opinion" program. After a phone conference with you on October 25, 2019 to discuss the scope of your request, which we followed up with an email later that same day in which we provided you with information about, and hyperlinks to, various program-related records the NRC has already made available to the public, you submitted an amended request on October 29, 2019. Your amended request sought copies of any DPOs, NCPs, or ODPs (including any ODP oral communications documented in writing), related to SONGS,
- We tasked the Office of Enforcement (OE) for any responsive DPOs or NCPs, as OE has responsibility for these two programs The only record responsive to your request is NCP-2015-002, which is available to the public as ML15062A132.

We also tasked OE, as well as the Offices of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR), Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards (NMSS), Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (which has responsibility for the ODP), and Region'IV, to search for any ODP communications about SONGS; none were located.
