Carolina Power & Light Company hereby transmits the original and three copies of Revision 12 to the Industrial Security Plan for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
The attached contains no change which is known to decrease the effectiveness of the plan or level of security provided.
This revision incorporates administrative changes in reporting relationships, responsibilitles, and titles.
The attached information is considered to be information withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR2.790.
