Specifications Index have been identified since the time of the submittal.. Attachment I contains proposed changes to the Technical Specifications Index. All changes to the Index transmitted per my October 28, 1987 and additional changes identified since the time of.the

submittal are' included. It is requested that you replace the changes to the Technical Specification index on my October 28, 1987 submittal with the enclosed markups.
